The Golden Chariot Train Tour starts on every Monday of the week from Bangalore and ends in Bangalore on every Monday morning respectively.

The land once ridden by formidable armies is now traversed by the world's most unique railway - The Golden Chariot beckons you to discover worlds that are enriched with history and culture.

Recline and relax as the magnificent scenery unfolds outside your window with luxury on the inside, thus far reserved for royalty.

We present the Golden Chariot - a fine balance between a glorious yesterday and an omnipresent tomorrow in a magical land... that is Karnataka.
Day 1: Bangalore, Monday
Check-in at the Leela Palace followed by lunch at Jamawar or Citrus 12:00 PM
Depart for Bangalore Sightseeing Tippu's Palace, Bull Temple & Lalbagh 03:00 PM
Arrival at Yeshwantpur Railway Station, Platform No. 6 to a traditional Indian welcome.
Dinner on board The Golden Chariot 		08.00 PM
Depart to Mysore 09:00 PM
Arrive at Mysore 11:30 PM

Day 2: Tuesday, Mysore/ Kabini/ Bandipur
Depart for Kabini / Bandipur after breakfast 10:00 AM
Reach Jungle Lodge
Lunch at the Jungle Lodge 		01:00 PM
Jungle / Boat Safari
Return in the evening for wildlife film
Dinner and stay overnight at Jungle Lodge		 Post Lunch

Day 3: Wednesday, Mysore
Breakfast and Depart for Mysore 08:30 AM
Back onboard The Golden Chariot 11:30 AM
Lunch on board The Golden Chariot 01:00 PM
Mysore sightseeing: Mysore Palace, Srirangapatnam 03:00 PM
Reach Brindavan Gardens for cultural show followed by dinner at Hotel KRS 07:00 PM
Back onboard The Golden Chariot 10:00 PM

Day 4: Thursday, Hassan
Depart from Mysore to Hassan 06:00 AM
Arrive at Hassan 08:15 AM
Depart for sightseeing to Shravanabelagola
(Please note that you would have to climb close to 700 steps to
experience the architectural marvel. Only those who can undertake this are advised to do so. Guests unwilling to experience can stay back onboard The Golden Chariot. Palanquins are available for those who cannot take the climb by themselves. This is available to the passengers at no extra cost) 		09.00 AM

After breakfast depart for Hampi sightseeing: Virupaksha Temple. Queens's Bath,
Elephant Stables, Local crafts bazaar 		08:30 AM
Return to The Golden Chariot for Lunch 01:00 PM
Depart for sightseeing: Royal enclosure, Hazara Rama Temple. Illuminated Vittala Temple. 03:00 PM
Back onboard The Golden Chariot
Dinner onboard The Golden Chariot 		08:00 PM

Day 6: Saturday, Badami
Depart from Hospet to Badami 05:00 AM
Arrival at Badami 08:30 AM
Depart after breakfast for sightseeing: Badami Caves and Pattadakal 09:00 AM
Return to The Golden Chariot for Lunch 01:30 PM
Depart for Goa
Relax and enjoy the facilities onboard
The Golden Chariot: Spa, Gym Dinner onboard
The Golden Chariot Reach Goa post midnight 		02:00 PM

Day 7: Sunday, Goa
Breakfast on board The Golden Chariot 09:30 AM
Depart for sightseeing 10:00 AM
Visit the famous churches of old Goa 11:00 AM
Visit an old Portuguese house: Sola Souto Maior for tea/coffee and cookies; shopping at the emporium 12:15 PM
Reach Majorda Beach Resort for lunch 02:00 PM
An Ayurvedic massage, a visit to the casino, a dip in the pool / beach, etc. (Ayurvedic massage and
casino charges extra as applicable) 		03:00 PM
Depart from the resort 06:00 P M
Return to The Golden Chariot.

Day 8: Monday, Bangalore
