Tour Price Includes:

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
•
The above package is non refundable and non transferable.
•
Package is subject to operational upon booking of minimum numbers of passengers, RITJ reserves the right to cancel/modify the package without prior notice.

The Charter train is subject to availability from Indian Railways & in case the same is not provided to us, we reserve the right to cancel/postpone the whole trip to a suitable date If booking is cancelled by RITJ, then clients will get the full refund.
•
The train timings are subject to change without prior notice.
•
Any change on the schedule due to operational/technical reasons of the Railways, we are not liable for such change of the schedule.
•
Travelers must have the photo id as a proof as certified passengers for Hotel check in and for the train travel as the same is required due to security reasons.
•
The Package is subject to force de majeure conditions.

Reservation Policy:

50% of ticket value at the time of confirming the booking.
•
Remaining 50% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy:
•
50% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure.
•
100% of ticket value between less than 45 days prior to departure.
No show/En route termination of tour /amendment:
•
No Show: In case of No Show/Non-arrival of the guest no refund.
•
En route termination of tour: In case of termination of tour by the guest, no refund.
